Morning Activities
Swimming
Today at Swimming we had a Ping Pong Ball Relay in the Pool and the Cabin G-2 was the winner.
Wilderness Skills
Today at Wilderness Skills we had a Wood Collecting Competition. In first period, Ben Estabrook won. In second period, Marshall Long and Elon Perullo won. Marshall Long and Goodwin Wos each caught a frog. In third period, Hayden Wood won the competition while Gage Howard caught a frog, and Case Barber held a frog. In fourth period, Everett Wos won. Also, Boon Bickerstaff had the best “CIT hit by a fake flaming marshmallow” reaction.
Riflery
George Howard Shot a 31 and a 27. Will Sedenik shot a 29 and a 31. Hayden Wood shot a 35, setting the new high score for the summer!
Fun and Games
The winner of the “ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta win a big ole cowboy hatta” was Jacqueline Stubbs.
Team Sports
Today at team sports we played Dodgeball and the winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Madelyn Scott.
League Games
On court 1, SK’s squirrels and Sarah’s Sneaky Sneakers (like the shoe) played an intense game of Newcomb. The Sneakers took the dub. From the Squirrels, Logan Griffis was the alpha Squirrel and from the Sneakers, Eliza Gannon was the biggest shoe.
On court 2, Grace’s Griddies demolished Gabby’s Red Hot Fireballs in a heated game of Newcomb. From the Fireballs, Giselle Matthews played superbly. From the Griddies, Gracie McCord played like a boss.
On field 1, Rylan’s Fruit loops conquered the game over the chicken minis in a hot game of kickball. Addie Bowden played like a young Margaret Adkins.
On field 2, Andy’s Fireballs smashed Margaret’s rock hard Marshmallows in an epic game of kickball. Julie was a fireball on the field.
Cabin Time

Today B-4 came down to the Camp Mac putting green where they had a Hole in 1 contest. Haig Lee got 2, Hayden Pierce got 1, Ben Estabrook got 1, Whitt Burt got 3, Wiley McCord got 1, Ben Swartzgot 2, Reed Blackstock got 1, Win Spence got 3, Sutter Gibson got 3, Tucker Gibson got 2, Clifford Tillman got 1, and Patrick Jehle got 1.
Fishing
Today at Fishing, Marshall Long caught and kissed 3 fish, Goodwin Wos caught and kissed 3 fish, and Russell Hart caught and kissed 1 fish.
Electives
Tramps
Today for electives, G-3 came down to the Tramps and held a High Jump Competition. The winners were Julia Downey and Ann Colin Beevers.
Bucking Bull
Today at the Bull, B-5 had a contest had a Top Rider Contest. In third place, Everett Wos stayed on for 1 minute and 39 seconds. In second place, Jax Bloodworth stayed on for 1 min and 45 seconds. In first place, James Jenkins stayed on for 2 minutes and 10 seconds. They Alsop had a “yeehaw” contest and the winner from B-5 was Jace Gulley.
G-5 also came down to the Bull today and had a Top Rider Contest. In third place, Lane Blackstock stayed on for 1 min and 30 seconds. In second place, Reese Conner stayed on for 1 minute and 53 seconds. In 1st place, Bennett Jefferies stayed on for 1 minute and 51 seconds. The winner of the “yeehaw” contest for G-5 was Adelia Arnold.
From the Dining Hall This morning, we had the famous Camp Mac Breakfast. For lunch, we had chicken nuggets and grilled cheeses with chocolate chip cookies. And to end the day, we had Spaghetti with Texas toast and chocolate cake.
