Fun and Games

Today at fun and games, the Junior campers came over and rode the bull!

In first period, Lulu Spann had the best yeehaw, and Amelia Kasten stayed on the longest. In third period, Cate Dingivan had the best yeehaw, and Quinn Gorman stayed on the longest.

Skiing

Today at Upper Lake, we had some passoffs...

Swimming

Today at swimming, the girls came to the pool and we did some dive competitions and stride jump competitions.

For the Mavericks, the best dive was Mary Ruth McDaniel, and the funniest dive was Hayden Grace. For the Rookies, the best dive was Barton Davis, and the funniest dive was Sarah Katherine Williams with Julia Dingivan as a runner-up. For the Moonshiners, the best dive was a tie between Amelia Gewin and Annie Kate Beville. The funniest dive was Caroline Parks with Margot Winston as the runner-up. For the Whippersnappers, the best dive was Margaret Norman, and the funniest dive was Ava Foote. For the Hotshots, the best dive was Walker Searcy, and the funniest dive was Ashley Smith. For Varsity, the funniest dive was Annie Carroll.

For JV, the winner of the stride jump competition was Annie Carrington. For Varsity, the winner of the stride jump competition was Libby Nash.

Riflery

Today at riflery, the boys came down, and we had some high scoring shots and passoffs.

Steele Smith and Seth Love passed off Pro-Marksman. Winn Samford passed off Marksman.

Fix-It

Today at boys' Fix-It, we had a competition to see who could fix a shower head the fastest.

In 3rd place was Michael Doyle with 55.67 seconds. In 2nd place was Robert Doss with 50.27 seconds. In 1st place was Dixon McCloy with 36.55 seconds.

Free Swim

Cannonball Contest

Today at free swim, we had a cannonball contest, and the winners were Charlie Puffer and Reid Newsom. Also, Grant Catchot did a one and a half off of the tramp!

Cabin Time

Fishing

Today at the Camp Mac fishing hole, B-4 came down, and we caught some fish.

Tate Bush caught two.
Brooks Bullen caught two.
Graves Dillon caught one.
Ham Ezell caught one.

League Games

Today on court one, Hayes's Hungry Hippos crushed Maddie's Mystical Mooses in a very close game of volleyball. From the Hippos, Vivian Austin played like a more athletic Grace Ennis, and from the Mooses, Allison Davis played spectacularly.

Today on court two, Mary Lee's Leaping Lions demolished Kathleen's Kompetitive Koalas in an awesome game of volleyball. From the Lions, Sibley Clikas played like a loud roaring lion, and from the Koalas, Julia Dingivan played like a young Emily Dunn.

Today on field one, Janie's Jaguars won a good game against Kate's Kangaroos. From the Jaguars, Maren McKinley played nonchalantly, and from the Kangaroos, Quinn Gorman played like the most hopping kangaroo.

Today in the gym, Amelia's Amazing Armadillos defeated Britt's Barbies in an exciting game of bombardment. From the Armadillos, Addison Kirkley played amazingly, and from the Barbies, Annie Carroll played like a D1 bombardment athlete.

From the Dining Hall This morning, we had bacon, eggs, blueberry muffins, and grits. For lunch, we had chicken nuggets and grilled cheese with dill spears. We also had a salad bar and PB&Js. For dessert, we had chocolate chip cookies. For dinner, we had hot dogs, baked beans, and chips at cookouts and campouts. For dessert, we had s'mores!

Tonight for Night Rec...

The Mini and Junior campers had cookouts, and the Senior campers had campouts!
