Skiing
Today at Skiing, we had a bunch of girls come over to Upper Lake and pass off some classes. We also had 2 First Time Skiers! Anna Wibberley and Addie Bradshaw both got up on skis for the first time today!

Team Sports
Today at Team Sports, we played some Capture the Chicken with the girls! In 1st period with JV, Julia’s team won. In 2nd period with Varsity, Julia’s team won again. And finally in 3rd period with the Hotshots, Julia’s team won once again to sweep Tilghman’s team for the second day in a row!
The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Ellie Gribbin!
Fun and Games
Today at Fun and Games, the girls came down and completed the Camp Mac Quest! In 1st period, Sloane Grijalva, Abby Drew Smith, and Janie Hecker completed the quest the fastest. In 2nd period, Virginia Otto, Scarlett Hale, and Helena Pryor won. In 3rd period, our winners were Gigi Graham, Anne Clark Fleming, Olivia Iverson, Grace Kiser, and Victoria Clay.
The winner of the “ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta win a big ole cowboy hatta” was Virginia Otto!
Electives
Putt-Putt
Today at Girls Putt-Putt, we had our Qualifying Round for the Camp Mac Masters. Our two Qualifiers are Hendee Hayes Alias and Hannah Webber.
Today at Boys Putt-Putt, we also had Masters Qualification Day and the 2 boys advancing to the Masters are Henry Frerman with his Caddie, Penton Davis, and Drew Peele with his Caddie, Ham Sosebee.
Tramps
Today at Tramps, the boys bounced on over and Henry Muscat passed off 1st Class.
Shooting Sports
Today at Shooting Sports, the Girls came down and had Qualification Day for the 2023 Girls Camp Mac Shootout! Our Qualifiers were Callie Davis, Mary Carter Borman, Cadence Harvey, and May Newman!
The Boys also had their Qualifying Round today for the 2023 Boys Camp Mac Shootout. Our Qualifiers for the boys were Walter Jordan, Liam Baker, Evan Summers, and Will Sedenik!
Fishing
Today at Girls Fishing, Leland Adams and Ashley Windness each caught a fish.
League Games
On the Slick Field 1, Katie’s Cracked Cougars demolished Harper’s Happily Hippos in an intense Softball matchup for a position at the Steaks Dinner. On the Cougars, Coach Bess Whitten played stellar! From the Hippos, Helen Ann Coale slayed!
From the Dining Hall This morning, we had Sausage, Eggs, Grits, Biscuits, and Assorted Cereals. For lunch, we had Chicken Nuggets and Grilled Cheeses with a Salad Bar. For Dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. And to end the day, we had Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Black Eyed Peas, and Rolls. For Dessert, we had Cake.
Vespers
Jimmy White gave our message last night. Our music was provided by our last-year campers.
