Today at Fun and Games, we played some Pickle Ball. The MVP from the Hotshots was Pippin Tarter. The MVP from Varsity was Lily Logsdon. The MVP from Rookies was Julianna Roberts. The MVP from JV was Abby Steele.
The winner of the “ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta win a big ole cowboy hatta” was Sommers Thuston!
Today at Team Sports, the girls came on down to the Camp Mac Courts and played some Newcomb, Volleyball, Freeze Tag, and Sharks and Minnows.
In 1st period, JV showed off their athletic abilities playing some Volleyball. On Court 1, Julia’s Jellos beat Kate’s Crazy Kardashians. On Court 2, Kinleigh’s Koalas defeated the 5 Dollar Biggie Bags.
In 2nd period, the Hotshots played Newcomb. On Court 1, the Slaying Queens destroyed Julia’s Jaguars. On Court 2, Sarah Neal’s Snails beat the Fergalicious Fruity Fairies.
In 3rd period, Varsity played some Volleyball. Julia’s Campers defeated Lake Laniers on Court 1. On Court 2, Lucy’s Leprechauns beat Tilly’s Tigers.
In 4th period, the Rookies played Freeze Tag and Sharks and Minnows. Emi Tucker won Freeze Tag and our winners for Sharks and Minnows were Sarah Katherine Humphreys, Ruby Madigan, and Sarah Kell.
Today’s winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Emi Tucker!
Today at Tennis, the girls played some Queen of the Court and Cricket in the Cage. Kate Bright won Queen of the Court and Cheney Humphreys came in 2nd. For Cricket in the Cage, Kate Bright was our winner and we had a tie for 2nd place between Hayes Younger and Zoë Sweeney
The Boys also came out to the Camp Mac Tennis Courts and showed off their skills in some Cricket in the Cage matches. Jack Price and Sam Taylor were our Cricket in the Cage winners.
Today at Tramps, the boys and girls passed off some classes. For the boys, Rex Tucker and Jeb Braxton passed off 1st Class, and Robert Doss passed off 2nd class. For the girls, Abby Steele passed off 1st Class.
On the Slippery Court 1, Lucy’s Leaping Leprechauns squashed Kate’s Krispy Kremes in a sliding game of Volleyball. From the Krispy Kremes, Reese Wilson played like a freshly glazed donut. From the Leprechauns, Lena Daley played like the luckiest of Leprechauns.
On the Lit Court 2, Margret’s Marvelous Ten Musketeers came out on top of Ivey’s Inquisitive Poison Dart Frogs in an incredibly close and heated game of Volleyball. From the Ten Musketeers, Abby Steele played sweet. From the Dart Frogs, Britt Harris was the most poisonous frog out there.
On the very Muddy Field 1, Kinleigh’s Krazy Koalas slid into victory against Kate’s Kobras. From the Kobras, Margo Tickle played like young Chippy Kell. From the Koalas, Kat Brown played like the Kraziest Koala in the jungle.
On the quite Soppy Field 2, Mer’s Mighty Masters demolished Sarah Neal’s Super Nachos. From the Masters, Cash Britton played like a million bucks, and from the Nachos, they all played awesome!
On the Moist Soccer Field, Bea’s Beasts heavily destroyed La Na Na’s Ladies. For the Beasts, Caroline Wyatt played like the Biggest Beast EVA. For the Ladies, Claire Wright played like a young Aba Frazier.
Today in the Dome, Gabby’s Great Billy Goats smashed Sarah Kate’s Corn Nuggets in a hot game of Bombardment. From the Billy Goats, Vivian Austin played like the greatest of all billy goats. From the Corn Nuggets, Parker Leatherbury played like a freshly fried Corn Nugget.
From the Dining Hall This morning, we had Bacon, Eggs, Grits, Biscuits, and Assorted Cereals. For lunch, we had BBQ Sandwiches with Tater Tots, French Fries, and a Salad Bar. For dessert there were Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. And to end the day, we had Spaghetti and Meat Sauce served with Garlic Bread.
