Today at fun and games and sports, we had a combined free play day!

Skiing
Today at Upper Lake, we had some passoffs...

Swimming
Today at swimming, the girls came down to the pool, and we played some rat, rabbit, raccoon!
For the Rookies, the runner-up was Meg Robinson, and the winner was Liz Robinson!
For the Moonshiners, the runner-up was Annie Kate Beville, and the winner was Amelia Gewin! For the ping pong relay race, the winning team consisted of Annie Kate Beville, Louise Roehm, and MJ Knight.
For JC, the runner-up was Annie Carrington, and the winner was Lillie Pendleton. Also a shout-out for Maddie Swartz saving a salamander.
For the Whippersnappers, the runner-up was Margaret Norman, and the winner was Hayes Carroll.
For the Hotshots, the runner-up was Lily Falkson, and the winner was Indie Gregg.
For Varsity, the runner-up was Libby Nash, and the winner was Lilly Grace Longshore.

Today at the Toxic meltdown and Bull, B-5 came over and had a great time!

Today at canoeing, James Fielding won the race across lower lake.
Tennis
Today at girls' tennis, Savannah Amos won Queen of the Court.
Game Room
Today in the gameroom, B-5 came and had an air hockey tournament. The winner was Rush Tullos!
Adventure
Today at girls' Adventure, we climbed the rock wall. Walker Searcy and Savannah Longshore got up the highest, getting to the 10th block on the rock wall!
Free Swim
Today at free swim, Jones Coder and Hayes Quattlebaum both caught three footballs in a row!
Cabin Time
Obstacle Course
Today at the obstacle course, B-1 came down, and James Ahern won the biggest and best cannonball contest!
League Games
Today on the competitive court two, Hayes's Hungry Hippos demolished Britt's Barbies in an intense game of volleyball. From the Hippos, Caroline Lorberbaum played flawlessly, and from the Barbies, Rivers Bell played remarkably.
Today on the sweaty court one, Kate's Kicking Koalas outshined Janie's Jumping Jaguard in a nail-biting game of newcomb. From the Koalas, Cate Dingivan played like a prime Sarah Kate Harris, and from the Jaguars, Ava Foote played masterfully.
Today on the bustling field one, Mia's Majestic Moose outmatched Amelia's Amazing Armadillos in a fierce game of softball. From the Moose, Charlie Brackin played superbly. From the Armadillos, the MVP was Lilly Grace Longshore.
Today on the lively soccer field, Mary Ellen's Majestic Melons destroyed Kathleen's Competitive Koalas in a crazy game of soccer. From the Melons, Lizzy Grace Jefferies played swell, and from the Koalas, Fair Taylor played flawlessly. Today on the gnat-infested field two, Mary Lee's Leaping Lions overpowered Maddie's Majestic Moose. From the Lions, Catherine Honeycutt played like the best lion in the savannah. And from the Moose, Cat Brown played like the most beautiful moose.
Vespers
Tonight, Miller Cox gave our vespers message.
From the Dining Hall This morning, we had bacon, eggs, grits, toast, oatmeal, and strawberries. For lunch, we had BBQ haystacks with french fries, sliced pickles, and shredded cheese. We also had a salad bar and PB&Js. For dessert, we had chocolate chip cookies. For dinner, we had spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread! We also had a salad bar and PB&Js. For dessert, we had vanilla cake with chocolate frosting.

The Mini and Junior campers had Tacky Night, and the Senior campers had cabin competitions!
