Morning Activities

Team Sports

Today at Team Sports the girls came down and played some Barnyard Bonanza! From first period, the Blue Waves took two wins, defeating the Pink Red Alpha Dogs and the Preppy Greens. The MVP was Margaret Jones. From second period, The Rad Red Rabbits beat the Slay Blue Gummy Bears and the Green Goblins, and the MVP was Chandler Shirly. From third period, Green Means Go beat the Red Roses and the Blue Ballerina Cappuccinos three times! The MVP was Lyla Brinson. From fourth period, The Green Skibidi Toilets beat the Red Rainbows and The Blue Bills in all four rounds, and the MVP was Adalyn Catchot.

The winner of the winna winna chicken dinna was Adalyn Catchot!

Electives

Putt-Putt

Today, Oak Ridge came down to the Camp Mac Green and we had a bunch of girls get hole in ones! Isla Gilliand, Austyn Raughton, Reilly Whitehurst, Lucy Graddy, Adalyn Catchot, Rosemary Robinson, and Harper Nichols each got a hole in one! We also had a Closest to the Hole Contest and Macon Epps won!

League Games

Today on the Will Kell infested field 1 the AHH’s conquered the Manatees in a Will Kell game of Kickball from the AHH’s Gwen Gomel played like Will Kell and from the Manatees Kingsley Crawford played like Will Kell!

Today on the sweaty field 2 Piper‘s Pink Tigers outworked Maggie‘s Mighty Monkeys in a nail-biting game of kickball. From the Tigers, Mary Stewart Lammons played boldly and from the Monkeys, Liz Robinson played like a boss!

In the Emilyfied gym, Penelope’s Pink Pirates overtook Helena‘s Hungry Honey badgers in an Emily game of bombardment. From the Pirates, Elizabeth Parker played like Emily in her prime and from the badgers, Lucy Graddy played like a buff Emily!

From the Dining Hall This morning we had Pancakes with Bacon, Eggs, Grits, and Syrup to top off the pancakes! Cereal was also available. For lunch, we had Chicken Sandwiches served with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Dill Slices, Potato Chips, and a Salad Bar. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. And to end the day, we had Spaghetti and Meat Sauce with Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Bread, and a Salad Bar.

Chippy Kell gave our message tonight. Daily Bible Reading Ribbons were also awarded to our 6-Day Campers who read their Bible every night that they were at camp.
