Morning Activities

Wilderness Skills

Today at Wilderness Skills the boys got to take a trip to High Falls! Bennett Russel, Baylen Latshaw, Jody Pilcher, Broughton Davenport, Louis Puffer, Quin Carpenter, and William McEvoy all caught Salamanders! Maxwell Pouncey, Jack Janecky, Jake Miller, and Waylon Mclean all caught a Crawfish, and Colton Tyson caught 3 minnows. Danny Fenn stood under the waterfall for 7 minutes!

Skiing

Today at Upper Lake we had SEVEN (!!!!!) first time skiers! Millie Dubroc, Mamie Langley, Lawson Kimbrel, Cella Perullo, Merin Povall, Savannah Amos, and Maddie Swartz! Down at Lower Lake we had another first time skier, Cadence Cross! Congratulations ladies!

Team Sports

Today at sports the girls came over and we played some Barnyard Bonanza! The winner from 1st period was Amelia’s Amazing Monkeys. The MVP was Lucy Jude Williams. During second period our winners were The Blueberries, and the MVP was Millie Dubroc. The winner from 3rd period was the Red Razzling Raspberries! The MVP was Andi Turnipseed!

The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Cella Perullo!

Riflery

Today at Riflery, the boys came down and shot some high scores! Laurens Smith shot a 30, William McEvoy shot a 27, Charlie Rowell shot a 27, Rex Hirsch shot a 24, Jack Janecky shot a 27, McKay Godwin shot a 29, Ben Swartz shot a 32, Beau King shot a 27, and Waylon McLean shot a 25!

Electives

Putt-Putt

G-2 Came down to Putt-Putt. Caroline Coffman, Caroline Parks, Jordan Knight, Rowan Tice, Julia Dingivan, Andi Turnipseed, Lindley Bonnikson, Addison Kirkley, Hannah Meadows, Evangeline Schmidt, Sarah Katherine Williams, and Allie Holcomb all made Holes-in-One!

League Games

Today on Sweaty Court 1, Emerson’s M&Ms stomped Mary Brook’s Mighty Minions in a ground breaking game of Newcomb. From the Minions, Brooklyn Helms played like the purplest minion. From the M&Ms Caroline Parks played like a green peanut M&M.

On the somewhat Shady Court 2, Eleanor’s Eagles swooped a victory against Maddie’s Monsters. From the Monsters Annie Conolly played scarily. From the Eagles, Andi Turnipseed played flyingly.

At 5:04 PM with clear sky and a temperature of 82 degrees, Amelia’s Amazing Acrobats demolished Lauren’s Loving Llamas in a nail biting game of kickball. From the Acrobats, Elise Bengtson played like Stetson Bennett in the National Championship, From the Llamas, Addison Kirkley played like the fluffiest, cuddliest, loving Llama!

From the Dining Hall For breakfast we had Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Cereal and Grits.  For lunch we had Taco Salad. We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Dinner we had Chicken Casserole, Broccoli and Cheese, Corn Nuggets, Rolls, a Salad Bar, and PB&Js.
