Today we said goodbye to our 6-Day Campers. We hope they had fun and hope to see them next summer!
Morning Activities
Skiing
Today at skiing the girls came down and passed off some classes! Isabel Berg, Alice Cokar, Caroline Coffman, Jordan Knight, Allie Holcomb, Cat Brown, Molly Kathryn Tidwell, and Savannah Amos all passed off third class knee board. Kathleen Wilkinson passed off third class wakeboard, and Elizabeth Anne Kinney passed off second class wake board. Sommers Thurston and Lucy Hubbard passed off second class skiing. We also had two first time skiers! Congratulations to Sommers Thurston and Lucy Hubbard!
Riflery
Riflery: Today at riflery the boys came down and had some high scores and passed off some classes!

Webber Moss and Al Smyly both passed of pro-marksman, and Pierson Kirk passed off marksman first class.
The junior campers had a shot in the dark competition. From first period, Conner Chesterfield shot the most in the dark, second period, it was Clark Ezell, and third period, Jones Coder, Thomas Henderson, and Sully Henderson all tied for the most in the dark.
Swimming
Today at swimming the girls went to the pool and played some rat, rabbit, raccoon! From the Mavericks, Walker Beatty won, from JV, Lucie Grunewald won, from the Moonshiners, Annie Kate Beville won, from the Hotshots, Elizabeth Anne Kinney won, and from the Whippersnappers, Anne Sutton Thomas won! Way to go girls!
Team Sports
Today at team sports the juniors played fortnite! From first period, The Smart Stealers got the victory royale and the emote battle winner was Avery James Appleton. The MVP was Barton James. From second period, The Preppy Slay Queen Slayers got the victory royale and Caroline Moore won the emote battle. The MVP was Pippa Strawboss. From fourth period, The Preppy Princesses got the victory royale, and Lyla Hoffman won the emote battle. The MVP was Ashley Smith.
The Seniors girls came down to the gym and played some bombardment! From JV, Emily’s team won, and the MVP was Caroline Lorberbaum. From the Hot Shots, Emily’s team won, and the MVP was Cat Brown. From Varsity, Emily’s Team won, and the MVP was Elizabeth Downey. From the Rookies, Emily’s team won, and the MVP was Lynnley Bayless! The winner of today’s winner winner chicken dinner is Ruby Madigan!

Today at fishing, the girls caught some fish! Penelope Swann, Emily Brigman, and Sophia Spencer all caught two. Merin Povall caught three, and Sibley Clikas caught two!
League Games
Today on the smooth court one, Hayes Hungry Hippos exceeded Auden’s Awesome Athlete’s in a wild game of newcomb. From the Hippos, Charlotte Strowe played elegantly, and from the athletes, Vera Schmidt played boldly.
Today on the dry court two, Elenor’s Extravagant Flames cooked AH’s cookies in a heated game of newcomb. From the Flames, Walker Beatty played fire, and from the Cookies, Arilla Crawford played like a young AH.
Today on the muddy and slippery field one, Gabby’s Glittery Golf Balls demolished Morgan’s Meatballs in an awesome game of softballs. From the Golf Balls, Allison Davis played majestically, and from the Meatballs, Annie Carrington played awesome sauce.
Today on the gnatty field two, Hadley’s Hopping Hogs crushed Caroline’s Cooking Queens in a gripping game of softball. From the Hogs, Rawlings Jordan played expertly, and from the Queens, Mia Corallo played boldly.
Today on the super fun soccer field, Maggie’s Mini Money Makers conquered Sophia’s Super Surfers in an explosive game of soccer. From the Surfers, AC Beevers played strategically, and from the Money Makers, Lilly Grace Longshore played like the best soccer player ever.
Today in the competitive gym, Mary Brook’s Massive Minions creamed Penelope’s Piping Pink Princesses in a thrilling game of Bombardment. From the Minions, Savannah Amos played magnificently, and from the princess’ Lizzie Gentle played fiercely.
From the Dining Hall This morning we had bacon, eggs, pancakes, and grits. For lunch, we had chicken sandwiches, chips, and cookies. For Dinner there was hot dogs, beans, chips, and smores.

Our junior term campers had cookouts and our senior term campers had campouts!
