Morning Activities

Swimming

The boys went to the pool and had a treading water competition! In first period, Robert Mallory won. In 2nd period, Joseph Bedsole won. In 3rd period, Henry David won! Our boy CITs also participated in a sprint race and Graham Sims came out on top!

Team Sports

Today at Team Sports the boys played some Barnyard Bonanza. In first period, the green team won and the MVP was Lassiter Silsbee. In Second Period, the blue team won and the MVP was Mack Gunn. In 3rd period the green team won, and the MVP was Murray Seifert. In 4th period, the blue team won, and the MVP was Ace Gucker!

The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Rhodes David!

Fun & Games

Today at Fun & Games the Seniors battled it out at Water Balloon Battlefield, and the Juniors played sprouts!

The winner of the “ratta tatta, ratta tatta, win a big old cowboy hatta!” was Miles Strowe!!!

Skiing

Today at Upper Lake Skiing, Logan Sawyer was a first time skier! Then Jackson Ward and Jett Gucker passed of 3rd Class Skiing, Then Maclin Smith and Judson Mallory passed off 3rd class Wakeboarding! Then Judson Mallory passed off 1st class skiing, and Charlie Brinson passed of 1st class Kneeboarding!

Riflery

Today the girls came over and shot some high scores. Cat Brown shot a 37, Mollie Temples shot a 26, Marie Burke shot a 30, Caroline Lorberbaum shot a 31, Evelyn Cannon shot a 26, Kate Bright shot a 34, Catherine Honeycutt shot a 31, Lucy Hubbard shot a 28, Rivers Bell shot a 28, Ana Borodkina shot a 30, Sophie Schoenrock shot a 30, Auden Rainer shot a 42, Britt Harris shot a 26, Mary Stuart Strom shot a 27, Caroline Wyatt shot a 33, Katherine Tuten shot a 36, and Charlie Wilcox shot a 25!

Today at girl’s tennis they had a pickle ball tournament and the winners were Brady Wall, and Annie Carrington!

Fishing

Today at boy’s fishing Pierson Kirk caught 10 fish, Leo Skelton Caught 3 fish, Rowan Falkson caught 1 fish, and Henry Swann caught 1 fish!

Adventure

Today at girl’s Adventure they climbed the rock wall! Here’s how many panels everyone made it up! Helen Hinton got to 6, Vivian Austin got to 8, Kate Bright got to 7, Helen Bextel got to 10, and Allison Davis made it all the way to the top of 12 panels!!!!

Today at Girl’s Shooting sports the girls shot 12 targets! Here are their scores, Caroline Wyatt shot 9/12, Katherine Tuten shot 1/12, Kathleen Wilkinson shot 2/12, Britt Harris shot 1/12, Auden Rainer shot 11/12, Lena Daley shot 1/12, Zoe Sweeney shot 5/12, Mary Stuart Strom shot 1/12, and Rylie Andrews shot 2/12!

Today at Boy’s Shooting Sports the boys shot 14 targets! Here are their scores, Vann Dawson-Flanigan shot 7/14, Murray Seifert shot 8/14, Brock Wallace shot 10/14, Carter Pritchett shot 5/14, Hampton Long shot 6/14, John Clarke Gentle shot 8/14, Bob Meader shot 9/14, Jeb Braxton shot 9/14, and Jack Spencer shot 5/14!

Fishing

G4 came down to the Camp Mac Fishing hole and Hannah Grace caught 1 fish, Lily Falcon caught 1 fish, Lucy David caught 1 fish, Lyla Brandon caught 1 fish, and Olivia Carrol caught 1 fish!

League Games

Today on court 1, Graham’s Giants took George’s Goats to the farm. From the Giant’s, Charlie Hunter played like the largest giant, and from the GOATs Penn Hamm played better than Lebron.

Today on court 2, Michael’s Jordans demolished Ian’s Eagles in a back and forth game of Newcomb! From the Jordans, Miles Strowe played like a young Graham Sims, and from the Eagles, Dylan Norrell played like the most American Eagle!

On field 1, Jack and the Beanstalks dominated Mack’s Minions with a score of 9-2, in a wild game of softball! From the Beanstalks, Matt Vosburg was the greenest beanstalk, and representing the Minions, Jackson Ward played ferociously!

On field 2, Crawford’s Chameleons narrowly defeated Jimmy’s Jazzers in a high scoring game of softball. From the Chameleons, Jett Gucker hit dingers, and From the Jazzers, Adam DePiano jazzed the competition!

Today on the Camp Mac Soccer Field, Marshall’s Masters found a team name, and a win! On the Masters, Cole Davis played like the winner of the 2023 Masters. On the Hornets, Murray Seifert played swell. 


From the Dining Hall For Breakfast we had Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Grits, and Cereal! For lunch we had BLTs and Chips. We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Dinner we had Chicken Fajitas. We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert we had Ice Cream Sundaes!

Tonight our speakers were Caroline Wyatt and Maggie Moore.
