Riflery

Today at riflery, the girls came over, and we had some high scores and pass offs.

Emmy Barron, Lily Falkson, Lizzie Blackman, Sarah Katherine Williams, Austyn Raughton, Evelyn Coffey, and Adair Lowrey passed off Pro-marksman. Ann Clark Fleming, Charlie Brackin, and Lillie Pendleton passed off Marksman.

Fun and Games

Today at fun and games, we had our first round of the tetherball tournament.

From the Hotshots, the winner was James Ahern. From Varsity, the winner was Callan Rainer. From the Rookies, the winner was Jones Coder. From JV, the winner was Charlie Brinson. Atticus Crawford and Jack Goforth won the best wipeout competition.

The winner of the ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta, win a big-ole cowboy hatta was Martin Sparks.

On Sunday, we will have semifinals and the championship game. These games will be between Jones Coder and James Ahern, and Charlie Brinson and Callan Rainer.

Team Sports

Today at team sports, we played basketball.

The MVP from first period was Dixon McCloy. In second period, the MVP was Charley Rowell. In third period, the MVP was Dutch Sparks. The MVP from fourth period was Charlie Puffer.

The winner of the winna-winna-chicken dinna was Jones Coder!

Swimming

Today at swimming, the boys came up to the pool, and we did some water basketball and water jousting.

In first period, the MVP of the basketball tournament was John Pat Gunn. The MVP of water jousting was Jones Coder.

In second period, the MVP of team basketball was Atticus Crawford. Team Zimbabwe won which was Dixon McCloy, Morris Smith, and Charlie Brinson. The MVP of water jousting was Bennett Kirk.

In third period, The Lebronkin's won which was Cole Davis, Charley Rowell, and James Ahern. The MVP of water basketball was Thomas Cox. The MVP of water jousting was Seth Love.

In fourth period, Team Daily Bible Reading Ribbon won water basketball, which was Winn Samford, Robert Doss, and Webber Moss. The MVPs were Robert Doss and Graham Newsom. The MVP of water jousting was Eli Bernstein.

Electives

Tramps

Today at girls' tramps, Julianna Tidwell passed off 2nd class.

Shooting Sports

Today at shooting sports, we did the shoot-out.

For the boys, 4th place was Joseph Bernstein. 3rd place was Morris Smith. 2nd place was Pierson Kirk. 1st place was Winn Samford.

For the girls, 4th place was Allison Davis with 4 skeets. 3rd place was Addie Bowden with 10 skeets. 2nd place was Sophia Spencer with 8 skeets. 1st place was Fair Taylor with 12 skeets.

Today at fix-it, we did a pipe-cutting competition.

In 4th place was Christian Gray with a time of 1:27. 3rd place was Jack Goforth with a time of 1:07. 2nd place was Grady Coder with a time of 40.8 seconds. 1st place was Bennett Kirk with a time of 25 seconds.

Wet n' Wild

Today for wet and wild, we went to the blob and rope swing.

Elizabeth Anne Kinney rope-swinged the furthest. Charlie Brackin blobbed the furthest and belly flopped off of the rope swing. Savannah Longshore had a great attitude.

Cabin Time

Bull/ Toxic Meltdown

Today at the bull and toxic meltdown, G-3 came over.

McCartney Foote had the best yeehaw, and Pippa Straub-Ross was the last man standing with a time of 3:40.

League Games

Today on the sweaty court two, Al and Matt's Mashed Potatoes mash- potatoed Adam and Richard's Ratatouilles in a super, extremely nail-bitingly, close game of volleyball. From the Mashed potatoes, Colton Smith played like a boss. From the Ratatouilles, Rhodes Scotch played like a prime Richard Delaney.

Today on the heated court one, Hayden's Hippies cooked Will and Sam's Luscious Lambs in a wild game of volleyball. From the Hippies, Callan Rainer played fantastically. From the Lambs, Martin Sparks played very very good.

Today on the blazing field one, Jack's Jolly Jack-o'-lantern's beat Colin's Cosmic Cobras in an intense game of softball. From the Jack-o'-lantern's, Charlie Vogelsang played like the better Vogelsang. From the Cobras, Winn Samford played amazingly.

Vespers

Tonight, Fair Taylor and Allison Davis gave our vespers message.

From the Dining Hall This morning, we had chicken biscuits, eggs, grits, and cereal. For lunch, we had grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, and dill spears. We also had a salad bar and PB&Js. For dessert, we had chocolate chip cookies. For dinner, we had turkey, dressing, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, and rolls. We also had a salad bar and PB&Js. For dessert, we. had strawberry shortcake.
