Swimming
Today at swimming, we played water basketball.
In first period, 'The Smooth Criminals' won, and the MVP was Harris Donaldson.
In second period, the 'OG 5' won, and the MVP was Jack Bradford. Camp Lavender won the water jousting king of the hill competition.
In third period, Henry Echols was the MVP for his team.
In fourth period, 'The Webbers' won. and Will Webber was the MVP.
Fun and Games
Today at fun and games, we did a tetherball tournament.
For the Hotshots, the last four standing were George Prince, Hank Lomax, Billy Slade, and Henry Echols. For Varsity, the last four standing were John Weiss, Trott Quattlebaum, Will Webber, and Andrew Cox. For the Rookies, the last four standing were Harris Donaldson, Reeves Thagard, Porter Roberts, and Jack Wurtele. For JC, the last four standing were Lochlan Huffman, Camp Lavender, Rhodes David, and Ross Shaw.
Team Sports
Today at team sports, we played basketball.
In first period, Smith's team won, and the MVP was Xander Ghattas. In second period, Grant's team won, and the MVP was Broughton Davenport. In third period, Grant's team won, and the MVP was Jim Klingler. In fourth period, the MVP was Knox Huffman.
The winner of the winna-winna chicken dinna was Harris Donaldson.
Wilderness Skills
Today at wilderness skills, we did a tent pitching competition.
For the Rough Riders, 'Haystacks' came in first place with a time of 1:24, which was Emi Tucker, Ellen Vann, Stella Marx, Addy Meadows, Alice Lane, and Parker Leatherbury. '#Hungry' came in second with a time of 1:25, which was Ava Kate Mayer, Ellie Tucker, Alex Stokley, Caroline Brignac, Kendall Sievers, and Kate Hutto. The 'Animal Dayers' came in third with a time of 4:01, which was Audrey Sheppard, Appie McMurphy, Hunter Connolly, Hadley Meyer, Annie Law, and Harper Africk. The 'Annanators' came in fourth with a time of 4:12, which was Winnie Borman, Carley Summers, Anna Wibberley, Katherine Stubbs, Jacqueline Stubbs, and Colette Haskell.

Today at the toxic meltdown, Cheaha came over and did a last man standing competition. Jackson David was the winner.
League Games
Today on the sarah kate infested court one, Mary Brook and Penelope's Mad Burning Peppers smashed Maggie's Mystical Magical Mermaids in a spectacular game of volleyball. From the Peppers, Sadie Louise Schram and Emma Moore played like Sarah Kate Harris in her prime. From the Mermaids, Winnie Borman played fantastically.
Today on the heated court two, Lily's Lovely Llamas dominated Addie's Shower Caddies in a heated game of volleyball. From the Llamas, Eleanor Oswalt played magnificently. From the Shower Caddies, Khaki Hitch played like a boss.
Today on the slippery field one, Louise's Luxurious Lobsters obliterated Helen Ann's Hungry Horses in an insane game of softball. From the Lobsters, Parker Bristow played great. From the Horses, Virginia Vandervoort played crazy.
Today on the worm-infested field two, Virginia and MJ's Venus Fly Traps won with a comeback over Charlie and Ashley's Chickaricas. From the Fly Traps, Annie Adkins played like the most buzzing fly. From the Chicaricas, Milla Roberts played as if she was in the pros.
Vespers
Tonight, Appie McMurphy and Audrey Sheppard gave our vespers message.
From the Dining Hall This morning, we had biscuits and gravy, sausage, grits, and cereal. For lunch, we had BBQ haystacks with French fries, sliced pickles, and shredded cheese. For dessert, we had chocolate chip cookies. For dinner, we had sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls. For dessert, we had chocolate pudding. We also had our salad bar and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches available at lunch and dinner.
