Morning Activities

Swimming

Today at swimming we had some treading water competitions! Our winners were, Harrison Sosebee, Reynolds Phillips, Lucy Longo, and Virginia Vandervoort!

Skiing

Today at Upper Lake Skiing we had a bunch of 1st time Skiers! Congratulations to Elizabeth Bernstein, Lily Smith, Parker Latham, Elliot Adams, Alex Stokely, and Helen Lacey! Addie Bradshaw and Ashley Dickson passed off 3rd class wakeboarding, Hannah Webber and Emma Ross passed off 3rd class skiing, Anna Skelton and Katherine Stubbs passed off 3rd class kneeboarding. Ada Morton passed off 2nd class kneeboarding, and Piper Payne passed off 1st class wakeboarding! Down at Lower Lake Skiing, Mary Fares Joseph was a first time skier! Then Herrin Tate, and Helena Pryor passed off 1st class wakeboarding! Scarlet Hale passed off 1st class kneeboarding! Virginia Otto and Ashley Windness passed off 3rd class wakeboarding!

Fun & Games

Today at Fun and Games, the girls competed in our Camp Mac Scavenger Hunt! In 1st period, Lillian Rizk and Jacqueline Stubbs won. In 2nd period, our winners were Ada Morton and Piper Payne. In 3rd period, Kate Mattei and Ava Cooper won! Finally in 4th period, Emmy Stewart and Abby Drew Smith won!

The winner of the “ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta win a big ole cowboy hatta” was Sarah Kell!

Riflery

Today at Riflery the boys came over and shot some high scores and passed off some classes! Warner Shepard shot a 27, Tripp Gribbin shot a 27, Lyle Lowery shot a 30, Reeves Thagard shot a 33, Sewell Buckalew shot a 26, Thomas Van Hauen shot a 31, James Strother shot a 25, Drew Peele shot a 33, Charlie Sanders shot a 29, Ham Sosebee shot a 34, Meyer Fleet shot a 28, Phillip Love passed off pro marksman, Erik Windness passed off marksman, Walker White shot a 28, Lyle Shehi shot a 28, Nolan Lawrie shot a 26, Hayden Wood passed off promarksman, Fred Carrington shot a 36, Eli Bernstein shot a 30, Joseph Bernstein shot a 29, Doug Mills shot a 35, and Hudson Brogan shot a 29.

Team Sports

Today at Team Sports, the girls came over and played some Barnyard Bonanza! In first period the Green Team won and the MVP was Hunter Connolly! In 2nd period, the Red Team won and the MVP was Maggie Gribbin. In 3rd period, Blue and Red Team Tied and Helena Pryor was the MVP. In 4th period, The Blue Team won and Anne Collier Cotney was the MVP!

The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Charlotte Bell!

Electives

Game Room

Today at the game room the boy’s had an air hockey tournament, and Grayson Williams won!

Tramps

Today at boy’s tramps, Charlie Abenoja passed off 1st class, Reed Parker passed off 2nd class, and Susan Parcha passed off 2nd class. Today at girl’s tramps, Louisa Hale, Helena Pryor, and Scarlet Hale passed off 3rd class. Harrison Sosebee passed off 2nd class, and Hannah Webber passed off 1st class!

Shooting Sports

Today at shooting sports the boys shot 52 clays! Erik Windness shot 37/52, George Sigman shot 33/52, Phillip Bove shot 20/52, and Lyle Shehi shot 36/52.

Putt-Putt

Today at girl’s putt-putt we had a horseshoe competition and Bailey Simpson won! Today at boy’s putt putt we had a green and white tournament and the white team won!

Fishing

Today at Boy’s fishing, Eli Bernstein caught 6 fish, Penton Davis caught 4 fish, Michael Echols, Gaines Vaughn and Dutch Sparks all caught 1 fish.

League Games

On Court 2, Madelyn’s Marshmallow Minions defeated Lucy’s Goosies in a nerve racking game of volleyball. From the Minions, Kate Bakken played like a super minion! From the Goosies, Virginia Otto played swell!

Today on field 1, Amelia’s Animal Crackers defeated Ellie’s Extravagant Eggs in a mind blowing softball game. From the Animal Cracker’s, Anne Collier Cotney played like a crisp cracker. From the Eggs, Sophia Sanders played like a scrambled egg!

Today on the far away field 2, Lanier’s Lucky Charms defeated Ryleigh’s Rad Rhinos in a game of softball! On the Lucky Charms, Parker Simpson played like all of the marshmallows in the box. On the Rhinos, Scarlett Hale played like the raddest rhino on the field!

Today on the soccer field, AK’s Kickin Chickens devoured Kate’s Crushing Kangaroos. From the Chickens, Bailey Simpson played like a young Chippy Kell! From the Kangaroos, Stella O’Neal hopped her way to MVP!

From the Dining Hall For Breakfast we had Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Grits, and Cereal! For lunch we had Roast Beef Sandwiches and Chips! We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Dinner we had Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Garlic Bread! We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Pudding!

Tonight our campers who have been coming to camp for 6 years got their 3 Year Shirts!

Vespers

Tonight our speaker was Alice Kate Krawzcyk! Daily Bible Reading Ribbons were also awarded to our 11-Day Campers who read their Bible every night that they were at camp.
