Morning Activities

Skiing

Today at Upper Lake Skiing we had a bunch of 1st time Skiers! Congratulations to Reeves Thagard, Mack Helms, Dutch Sparks, and Lawton Paty! Also, Sewell Buckalew passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Tripp Gribbin passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Lyle Lawrie passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Joseph Hunter passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Reed Parker passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Warner Shepard passed off 3rd class skiing, Joseph Rhodes passed off 3rd class skiing, and Hollaway Craft passed off 3rd class skiing!!

Swimming

Today at swimming we had some funny dive competitions and our winners were: Camper Lavender, Suhaan Parcha, Jackson Smith, Martin Starks, and Devlin Richter. Some campers who earned Honorable Mentions include: Jackson Knighton, Tripp Gribbin, Will Crum, Ben McDaniel, and Ross Shaw. During JV we also had a stride jump competition and our winner was Michael Echols!

Fun & Games

Today at Fun and Games, the junior boys battled it out at the Water Balloon Battlefield! Meanwhile the Senior Boys played Sprouts in the gym! From 1st period the MVP was Lochlan Huffman. In 2nd period the MVP was Smith Wilbanks, and in 3rd period the MVP was Tripp Gribbin. Finally in 4th period, the MVP was Grayson Smith!

The winner of the “ratta-tatta-ratta-tatta win a big ole cowboy hatta” was Reed Parker!

Team Sports

Today at Team Sports, the Senior Boys played Softball! In 1st period, Tim’s team won and Rhett Dudley was the MVP. In 2nd period, the Crazy Ham’s won and the MVP was Fred Tyson. In 3rd period, Charlie’s Chunky Chipotles won and the MVP was Lyle Shehi. In 4th period, Mac’s Funky Monkeys won and Everrett Wos was the MVP!

The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Lyle Shehi!

Wilderness Skills

Today at Wilderness skills Joey Richter, and Sadie Louise Schramm both caught a fish each!

Electives

Tennis

Today at Girl’s Tennis, we had a Pickle Ball Tournament and our winners were Addie Bradshaw and Jacqueline Stubbs!

Tramps

Today at Girl’s Tramps, Callie Stewart, Leland Adams, Marion Haynes, Alex Stokely, and Wa`lker Searcy all passed off 2nd class! Mary Cox, Celia Albright, and Emma Moore all passed off 2nd class! Then Bailey Simpson, and Annie Law Passed off 1st class!

League Games

On the competitive court 1, The Champions beat the Rizzlers in a very slow game. From the Rizzlers, Lawson Roe played like an alpha! From the Champs, Lawson Stephens threw the ball better than Will Kell in his prime!

On the cool court 2, the Alphas beat Warren’s Underdogs in a wild game of Newcomb. From the Alphas, Wilson Uzzel, played swell, and for the Underdogs, Ross Shaw played like a beast!

On the awesome field 1, The Green Eggs & Sam defeated the Jack Hammers in a close game of softball. From the Eggs, Trott Quattlebaum played swimmingly, and for the Jack Hammers, Penton Davis played like a star!

Today on the very far away field 2, Spencer’s Shang Hai Sharks demolished Skylar’s Screaming Sasquatches in a heated game of softball! From the Sasquatches, Rhett Dudley played stellar, and from the Sharks, Richard Kinney played like a young Justin Hudgins!

Today on the quite humid soccer field, Sam’s Sooners destroyed Moody’s Muscians. On the Sooner’s, Jim Klinger played like David Schmidt the year he won best athlete. While on the Musicians, Cooper Bounds played like a younger more athletic Mason Victory.

Today in the Camp Mac Gym, Jimmy’s Jazzers faced off against Walter’s Wizards in a heated game of bombardment. From the Jazzers, Bennett Thagard played like the Jazziest Jazzer. From the Wizards, Charlie Abenoja played like a wizard who could cast the best spells!

From the Dining Hall For Breakfast we had Pancakes, Sausage, Eggs, Toast, Grits, and Cereal! For lunch we had Grilled Cheese and Chicken Nuggets. We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Dinner we had Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Chips and for dessert we had S’mores!!
