Morning Activities
Skiing
Today at Upper Lake Skiing we had a bunch of 1st time Skiers! Congratulations to Walton Fleming, Sibley Clikas, Anne Collier Cotney, Mary Manning Harper, and Water Searcy! Also, Lily Smith passed off 1st class kneeboarding, Skylee Zwiebel passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Emmy Stewart passed off 3rd class skiing, Harper Africk passed off 3rd class kneeboarding, Lucy Longo passed off 2nd class wakeboarding, and Winnie Norman passed off 3rd class skiing! Down at Lower Lake, Herrin Tate passed off 3rd and 2nd class wakeboarding!
Swimming
Today at swimming we had some funny dive competitions and our winners were: Caroline Keathley, Sophie Wehbi, Ava Cooper, Harrison Sosebee, Charlotte Carrington, Piper Davis, Hendee Hayes, Maggie Gribbin, Charlotte Bell, Francis Alias, and Kaylee Woodward! During JV and Varsity we also had a stride jump competition and our winners were Abby Drew Smith and Virginia Otto!
Team Sports
Today at Team Sports, the Senior Girls played Softball! In 1st period, Emily’s team won and Joey Richter was the MVP. In 2nd period, Emily and Sarah Kate’s teams tied and the MVP was Bailey Simpson. In 3rd period, Sarah Kate’s team won and the MVP was Kate Bakken. In 4th period, Emily’s Team won and Anne Collier Cotney was the MVP!
The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Parker Latham!

Tennis
Today at Boy’s Tennis, we played some Cricket in the Cage and the winner was Grayson Smith!
League Games
Today on the very bright court 1, Annie Frannie’s Banannies absolutely crushed Hayden’s Happy Hippos in a knee quaking game of Newcomb! From the Banannies, Carlton Keathly played like an extra yummy Banana! From the Hippos, Millie Morris played like a super athletic hippo!
Today on the shady court 2, Mary Drue’s Peacocks beat Kate’s Swiftie Stars in an intense game of Newcomb! For the Peacocks, Piper Davis was the prettiest peacock. For the Stars, Sarah Debardelaben played amazingly!
Today on the humid field 1, Lucy’s Goosies obliterated Amelia’s Animal Crackers in a gnat swatting game of kickball! For the Goosies, Sarah Grace Keadle played just like mama goose! For the Animal Crackers, Herrin Tate played like the most delicious animal cracker!
On field 2, Madelyn’s Marshmallow Minions, demolished Lanier’s Lucky Charms in a powerful game of softball! From the Marshmallow Minions, Joey Richter played like a golden brown marshmallow. From the Lucky Charms, Brook Livermore played like a box of Lucky Charms with only Marshmallows in it!
On the Soccer Field, Ellie’s Eggs demolished Kate’s Curshing Kangaroos in a sweaty game of soccer! From the Eggs, Hunter Connolly played out of this world. From the Kangaroos, Jacqueline Stubbs played astronomically!
In the Camp Mac Gym, AK’s Kickin Chickens defeated Ryleigh’s Rad Rhinos in a speedy game of Bombardment. From the Chickens, Hadley Meyer played like the queen of the day. From the Rhinos, Parker Bristol played like the strongest rhino out there!
From the Dining Hall For Breakfast we had Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Grits, and Cereal! For lunch we had Fried/Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and Chips. We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches. For dessert, we had Chocolate Chip Cookies. For Dinner we had Fried Catfish, Hushpuppies, Onion Rings, and Fries! We also had a Salad Bar and PB&J Sandwiches.
Vespers
Tonight our speaker was Chippy Kell! Daily Bible Reading Ribbons were also awarded to our 6-Day Campers who read their Bible every night that they were at camp.
