Morning Activities
Skiing
Today at Upper Lake Skiing, Carter Pritchett was a first time skier! Liles Garrett passed off 2nd class skiing, Dixon McCloy passed off 1st class kneeboarding, and Henry Hargett passed off 3rd class kneeboarding! Down at Lower Lake Skiing, Christian Gray was a 1st time skier! Bob Meador and Bennett Kirk passed off 3rd class wakeboarding, and Sam Taylor, Al Smyly and Damon Boiles all passed off 2nd class wakeboarding!
Team Sports
Today at Team Sports the boys came down and played some flag football. In 1st period, Maloy’s team win and the MVP was Matthew Wills. In 2nd period Maloy’s Team won, and the MVP was Garrett Davis. In 3rd period, Maloy’s team won and the MVP was Hampton Long. In 4th period Maloy’s Team won again and the MVP was James Garrett.
The winner of the “winna winna chicken dinna” was Judson Mallory!
Fun & Games
Today at Fun & Games the boys came down to compete in the Camp Mac Ultimate Waterfront Challenge. The rookies came in 4th place with a time of 36 minutes and 53 seconds. Varsity came in 3rd place with a time of 25 minutes and 57 seconds. The Hotshots came in 2nd place with a time of 25 minutes and 10 seconds. Then JV took the win with a time of 21 minutes and 21 seconds!
The winner of the “ratta tatta, ratta tatta, win a big old cowboy hatta!” was Vann Dawson-Flanigan!!
Swimming
Today at swimming the boys had a Water Basketball Tournament! The MVPs were Morris Smith, Miles Cummings, Damon Boiles, and Rafa Johnson!
Riflery
Today the girls came over and shot some high scores and passed off some classes! McCartney Foot shot a 35, and passed off Marksman, Lizzie Gentle shot a 39, Addie Bowden shot a 37 and passed off pro-marksman, Helen Bextel passed off pro-marksman, Penelope Swann passed off pro-marksman, Ann Colin Beevers passed off pro-marksman, Fair Taylor shot a 38, Lizzy Grace Jefferies passed off pro-marksman, Rivers Bell passed off Marksman, Libby Nash passed off Pro-marksman, Penelope Hudgins shot a 37, Anna Harrison McGehee shot a 39, and Auden Rainer shot a 42!
Plane Crash
Today during rest period the campers that are trying to pass off expert woodsman participated in the plane crash. During this, the CITs are victims of a plane crash, and the campers are tested on their first aid knowledge by treating their "patients."
Electives
Canoeing
Today’s at Canoeing the boys had a kayak race! Cole Davis came in 3rd, Berkley King came in 2nd, and Tucker Appleton came in 1st place!
Shooting Sports
Today at Girl’s Shooting sports the girls had their shootout competition! In 4th place was Penelope Hudgins, 3rd place was Mia Carollo, 2nd place Callie Davis, and our first place winner was Mia Thompson!
Fishing
Today at girl’s fishing, Anne Catherine Comer caught 2 fish, and Julia Downey was awarded fisher of the week!
The fisher of the week for the boys was Michael Page!
League Games
Today on the quite humid court 2, Mack’s Minions chopped down Jack’s Beanstalks in a game of volleyball. From the Beanstalks, Dixon McCloy played with the best attitude, and for the minions, Judson Mallory played like Kevin and Stuart the minions combined!
Today on court 2, Crawford’s Chameleons broke up Fiedler’s Family in an intense game of volleyball. From the Family, Christian Gray played like awesome sauce. From the Chameleons, Brock Wallace controlled the court!
Today during a very intense game of softball on field 2, Marshall’s Masters swept Hail’s Hornets. From the Masters, Henri Schoenvogel played like a young Aaron Rodriguez. From the Hornets Murray Seifert played pretty well.
